3. 商品注文と売買契約 / Orders & Acceptance

お客様が注文を完了し、当社が注文確認通知を送信した時点で申込みを受領します。 売買契約は、当社が商品の発送手続きを完了した時点で成立するものとします。

We acknowledge your order upon receipt. The sales contract is concluded when we complete shipment processing of the ordered product.

以下の場合、当社は注文を取消しまたはお断りする場合があります。

  • 在庫切れ・価格表示誤り
  • 不正利用または転売目的の疑い
  • 入力情報に不備がある場合
  • 配送不能地域または配送困難な場合

4. 価格・商品情報 / Pricing & Product Information

商品の価格は各商品ページに表示された金額によります。価格・仕様・販売状況は予告なく変更される場合があります。

Product prices are shown on each product page. Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice.

商品の写真・色味は、ご利用端末の表示環境により実際と異なる場合があります。

5. お支払い / Payment

お支払いは、当サイトで提供される決済方法（クレジットカード、Shop Pay、その他対応決済手段）により行われます。

Payments are processed through available checkout methods such as credit card, Shop Pay, and other supported payment methods.

決済情報は、適切な決済事業者により安全に処理され、当社がカード情報を直接保持することはありません。

6. 配送 / Shipping

通常、ご注文確認後1〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。 天候・交通事情・在庫状況・配送会社事情等により遅延する場合があります。

Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, stock conditions, or carrier circumstances.

8. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct
