株式会社POKHARA TRADING（以下「当社」）は、お客様に安心してお買い物いただけるよう、返品・返金に関する方針を以下の通り定めております。 ご注文前に必ずご確認ください。

Pokhara Trading Co., Ltd. is committed to providing a reliable shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. ご注文キャンセル / Order Cancellation

発送準備前のご注文に限り、キャンセルを承ります。 発送手続き開始後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

Orders may be cancelled only before shipping preparation begins. Once shipment processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. 返品・交換について / Returns & Exchanges

■ 食品・冷蔵・冷凍商品 / Food, Refrigerated & Frozen Products

食品の性質上、発送後のお客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。

Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges after shipment cannot be accepted for customer preference or convenience.

■ 日用品・雑貨等 / Non-Food Products

未使用・未開封の商品に限り、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただいた場合、返品または交換を承ります。 返送前に必ず当社へご連絡ください。

Unused and unopened non-food items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior approval.

3. 不良品・誤配送 / Damaged or Incorrect Items

商品に破損・汚損・不良・誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。 確認後、交換・再発送・返金等の対応をいたします。

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After confirmation, we will arrange replacement, reshipment, or refund.

4. 返品送料 / Return Shipping Cost

  • お客様都合による返品：お客様負担
  • 不良品・誤配送による返品：当社負担
  • Customer convenience returns: Customer pays shipping
  • Damaged / incorrect item returns: We pay shipping

5. 返金方法 / Refund Method

返金が承認された場合、ご注文時と同じお支払い方法へ返金いたします。 返金反映までに、カード会社または金融機関の処理時間により数営業日かかる場合があります。

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. 返金対象外 / Non-Refundable Items

  • 開封済み食品・飲料
  • 冷蔵・冷凍商品（お客様都合）
  • 使用済み商品
  • セール商品（不良品を除く）
  • ギフトカード
  • Opened food or beverage items
  • Refrigerated / frozen goods for customer preference
  • Used items
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
