株式会社POKHARA TRADING（以下「当社」）は、お客様へ安心・迅速に商品をお届けするため、以下の配送ポリシーを定めております。ご注文前にご確認ください。

Pokhara Trading Co., Ltd. is committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. 配送対象地域 / Shipping Area

現在、当社の商品配送は日本国内のみ対応しております。海外住所への発送は承っておりません。

We currently ship within Japan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. 発送元 / Shipping Origin

東京都新宿区（Shin-Okubo / Shinjuku, Tokyo）より発送いたします。

Orders are shipped from Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan.

3. 配送業者 / Delivery Carriers

ご注文内容・配送地域・商品の温度帯に応じて、以下の配送会社を利用いたします。

日本郵便（ゆうパック）
佐川急便
ヤマト運輸（必要に応じて）

Depending on the destination and product type, we may use Japan Post, Sagawa Express, or Yamato Transport.

4. 発送までの日数 / Processing Time

通常、ご注文確認後 1〜3営業日以内 に発送いたします。土日祝日、繁忙期、天候不良、在庫状況等により遅れる場合があります。

Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delays may occur during holidays, busy seasons, severe weather, or stock shortages.

5. お届け目安 / Estimated Delivery Time

発送後のお届け目安は、通常 1〜3日程度 です。地域・離島・天候・交通事情により変動する場合があります。

Estimated delivery after shipment is usually 1–3 days, depending on region and carrier conditions.

6. 送料 / Shipping Fees

送料は、ご注文内容・配送地域・重量・温度帯（常温 / 冷蔵 / 冷凍）に応じて、チェックアウト時に自動計算されます。

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and delivery type.

7. 冷蔵・冷凍商品の配送 / Refrigerated & Frozen Items

冷蔵・冷凍商品は、品質保持のため適切な温度管理配送（クール便等）にて発送いたします。

Fresh, refrigerated, and frozen items are shipped using temperature-controlled delivery services when necessary.

お受け取り後は速やかに冷蔵庫・冷凍庫へ保管してください。

8. 追跡番号 / Tracking

商品発送後、追跡番号をご案内いたします。配送状況は各配送会社の追跡サービスよりご確認いただけます。

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

9. 長期不在・住所不備 / Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

長期不在・受取拒否・住所不備等により返送された場合、再発送費用または返送料をご負担いただく場合があります。

If a package is returned due to absence, refusal, or incorrect address, additional reshipping or return charges may apply.
